24-Hour Emergency Maintenance
The Brandy Mill maintenance team is on call,
all the time for emergency repairs to your apartment. Residents simply
call 246-7999 to report any and all maintenance problems.
The following are considered emergencies:
- No heat
- No hot water
- No air conditioning (with outside temperature above 75
degrees)
- Air conditioning leaks
- Inoperable Door Locks
- Landing lights not working
- Any leak or situation that could cause injury or damage
- Inoperable range

Lockout Service
Lockouts happen, and we're prepared. Should residents
find themselves locked out of their apartments, they simply call 246-7999.
Someone from our staff will be glad to help. Lockout service is free during
office hours. After hours, cash
payment is required at the time of service. It is not our policy
to let anyone in your apartment that is not listed on your current lease.
Make sure you have all current occupants listed in case of an emergency.

Extermination Service
Brandy Mill schedules extermination visits to keep pests out of
your personal environment. We use materials that are safe for children
and pets. Check the
monthly schedule.
Community Social Events
Brandy Mill invites all residents to a special community dinner at the
Clubhouse, on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Seniors gather for our Brandy
Mill Senior's Breakfast at Shoneys on the 1st Tuesday of the month. And
we treat kids to a special party just for them the last Thursday of each
