Resident Dinner
We will have a Resident Dinner on September 19th at 6 p.m. in our clubhouse. We will provide pork roast, mashed potatoes, and green beans. You may bring a side dish or something sweet. Remind your neighbor and come on out!
 
It's HHHunt's 40th Anniversary
Harry Hunt founded our company in 1966 with an initial good idea. He wanted to fill the need for student and faculty housing for the growing Virginia Tech Campus.
 
During the next 40 years, we grew into a large and diversified real estate company with over 1,800 employees and operations in 5 states.

Policy Update
Effective February 1, 2005, late fees of 10% of the rent will be applied on the morning of the 6th on all rent due. Please remember that all rent is due on the first day of the month and is considered late on the second. We can now accept VISA for rent payment.
