Junior Olympic Size Pool
Our swimming pool ranges from 3 to 6 feet deep,
with plenty of room for summer fun. A spacious deck surrounds the pool
with
lounge chairs and umbrella tables. On the really hot days, residents enjoy
the shade of our covered pool decks. Lifeguards are on duty during pool
hours, 10pm - 9pm every day from Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day Weekend.
Lighted
Tennis Courts
We have two specially surfaced asphalt tennis
courts, lighted for night matches. Just collect your opponent and turn on
the lighting timer to play during the evening hours.
Free Fitness Club
Our mirrored Fitness Center is equipped with
universal weight equipment, 2 treadmills, a stair stepper, a recumbent stationary
bike, free weights and a Predator workout bench. Brandy Mill residents get
24-hour key access to this newly-refurbished facility at no extra charge.
Playground
Kids love it! Swing, slide or just monkey around at our 900
square foot play area. A smooth gravel surface takes the hurt out of a
fall. We even have room for grown-up spectators, and a child-sized
bench.
Brandy Mill Clubhouse
Celebrate with up to 100 friends and relatives
in our bright, roomy clubhouse.
It has 2 fully equipped kitchens, dining tables and chairs, a sofa and matching
chair - and an outside deck area overlooking our Jr. Olympic pool. It's
the place to be for our monthly potluck dinners!
Residents may use the clubhouse free with a $50 deposit. Call or use our
handy online reservation request feature.
